Z94RS series is a new type of double station vertical parting hot-box core shooting machine. The machine has two independent systems, which can be operated separately and share a set of power supply, sand bin, hydraulic station and air source treatment system. Can effectively save production space, reduce labor, equipment structure and operation is simple, stable operation, not easy to break down, suitable for small and simple structure of sand core production, reduce the overall production cost.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Curing method: Suitable for producing a sand core or a sand mold by a phenol-formaldehyde resin coated sand through an electric and air heating curing mode.

Program control: PLC and human-machine interface realize the functions of parameter setting, process display, fault diagnosis, temperature display and control.

Parting mode: Vertical parting, left and right mold opening, optional core box turnover and removal function.

Sand core features: High strength, good finish.

Energy consumption: Equipped with electric heating tubes for electric heating.

Mechanical configuration: Optional with fully machine enclosure, optional quick loading and unloading mold function, can be equipped with a manipulator.
