This equipment is primarily used for reclaiming used resin sand and water glass sand and belongs to the category of mechanical centrifugal dry reclamation devices. The used sand enters through the feed inlet and, under gravity, falls onto a high-speed rotating sand-throwing disc, colliding with the blades. Under centrifugal force, the sand accelerates radially outward. Finally, the sand is thrown tangentially at high speed from the blade tips and collides with the inner lining, causing the inert film on the sand particles to detach. Dust and fines are extracted through the air outlet. This device can be connected in series to achieve multi-stage reclamation effects.
