The GS series high-efficiency rotor sand mixer is primarily used in medium and large casting workshops for clay sand molding processes. It is capable of mixing various types of molding sand for machine molding and can also be used in industries such as glass, ceramics, and refractory materials for mixing various granular and powder materials.

PRODUCT DETAILS

This product offers high mixing capacity and efficiency, with stable product quality, low failure rate, and minimal equipment wear.
The base plate is made of high-strength, wear-resistant ceramic, and the inner lining of the surrounding ring is made of stainless steel. The sand-mixing surface of the scraper blade is welded with high-hardness alloy blocks, and the sand-mixing surface of the rotor blades is overlaid with tungsten carbide, ensuring long service life and easy replacement.
The flip-board device utilizes "S"-shaped scraper blades, which allow the sand to be thoroughly mixed and reduce discharge time, thereby enhancing production efficiency.
