The S83 series double-disc mixing cooler is primarily used for cooling reclaimed sand in clay sand molding processes. The dual-disc counter-rotating motion allows thorough mixing of the reclaimed sand, ensuring uniform composition. This machine effectively adjusts both moisture and temperature, completing pre-mixing while cooling.
This product has a compact structure, smooth operation, low energy consumption, and excellent cooling efficiency.
Two counter-rotating crossheads drive eight scraper blades to fully mix the reclaimed sand, ensuring uniform temperature, moisture, and composition.
A high-pressure fan keeps the reclaimed sand in a fluidized state, allowing for pre-mixing during cooling, while the baffle effectively prevents the loss of material components.
The discharge doors opening can be adjusted to control the material weight within the machine pan, enabling effective discharge management.
It can be configured with a reclaimed sand humidification and cooling system, blower, exhaust fan, and water addition system to form a cooling unit, maintaining reclaimed sand temperature within ±10°C of room temperature.
