Description:

This equipment is primarily used for temperature regulation of resin sand and water glass sand. It employs a staggered heat exchange tube arrangement to ensure effective heat dissipation. As the sand moves downward through a zigzag path, its position constantly changes, ensuring thorough cooling. The counter-current cooling method is utilized, with high-frequency continuous ring fins welded onto the heat exchange tubes for a large heat exchange surface area and excellent thermal conductivity. The system is equipped with an automatic temperature control system and a material level detection system.
