Primarily used for cooling reclaimed sand after thermal regeneration, this equipment can cool calcined sand from 650–750°C down to 40–50°C. During the cooling process, the sand is fluidized and undergoes mutual friction, with heat and fine particles being carried away by the dust collection system.
Features:
- Combines air blowing, air extraction, and circulating cooling water for efficient cooling.
- Densely arranged cooling pipes inside the machine ensure thorough contact with the sand.
- Cooling water chambers and water circulation exchangers surround the exterior to effectively dissipate heat.
- The sand inlet is equipped with a high-temperature-resistant transition hopper to prevent deformation of the cooler.
- High-pressure air caps are made of 304 stainless steel, providing excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance.
