Description:

Curing method: Suitable for cold core box resin sand catalyzed by triethylamine or CO2 gas and quickly cured.
Program control: PLC and human-machine interface realize the functions of parameter setting, process display, fault diagnosis, temperature display and control.
Parting mode: Horizontal parting, upper mold opening, optional multi-directional block drawing function.
Sand core features: High production efficiency, high precision, good smoothness, and low gas generation.
Energy consumption: Equipped with high-performance triethylamine gas generator, high gasification efficiency, less amine consumption, no need for secondary amine blowing.
Mechanical configuration: Equipped with fully machine enclosure, optional quick loading and unloading mold function, can be equipped with a manipulator.
